Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged product, we offer a straightforward process for refunds. Replacement for the size and colour will also be entertained. Please review the policy details below to understand the conditions and procedures.
- Refunds
Eligibility: Refunds are available only if you report product damage on the day you receive your order.
Reporting Damage: To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product. Please provide clear photographs of the damage and any relevant details in your report.
Refund Process: Once your damage report is reviewed and approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- Replacements
Eligibility: Replacements are available for the size and colour within 7 days of receipt provided if the article received is in perfect condition.
Requesting a Replacement: To request a replacement, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Replacement Process: Once your request is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost. We will make every effort to process and ship the replacement as quickly as possible.
Shipping of Replacement: Shipping charges of replacement article will be borne by customer for both sides.
